Cutoff and Shipping Times

All orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days, and major holidays may delay us a little further.

Discrepancies, Shortages and Returns

If your order is received with any discrepancies, please contact customer service immediately.

All discrepancies, shortages, broken merchandise and any requests for returns must be made within 48 hours of the issued invoice date. Any requests for compensation or remediation will not be accepted after 48 hours of the invoice date.

Refund Policy

We offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our products email us within 30 days of receipt, mail back the unused portions and we will issue a 100% refund once we receive the product back to out shop. The shipping label will not be provided, you must mail the product back at your own expense. All returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
